Start with understanding.
An evaluation helps you understand the problem and your choices. Non-surgical care and surgery may be discussed depending on your condition and goals.
Activity changes and physical therapy may help selected hip problems. For some labral injuries or impingement, hip arthroscopy may be an option. Arthroscopy and hip replacement address different problems; your evaluation helps clarify which care is appropriate.
Bring your questions. It helps to tell us which activities you miss most, what you have already tried, and what you want to understand before deciding on treatment.
